Description:
Springfield M1884 trapdoor rifle in 45-70 government. This old rifle is in very good condition for its age. The only significant damage is a small chip in the stock near the hammer. The rest of the furniture just features the normal minor dings and scratches typical of a 140 year old rifle. The metal is in good condition and only shows some light pitting throughout. The barrel is 32.5" long and has a shiny bore, with only some light pitting near the muzzle end. Very good bore for its age. This particular rifle was built in 1885. Serial number 293127
FFL is required. In New Jersey there is NO pre-1899 law. So NJ Law follows all sales out of state.
