Ithaca Model 72 Saddlegun - Lever Action - .22 LR Rifle - Western style American walnut stock and forend with barrel band and butt plate. 18.5 In. long barrel with adj. open rear sight and hooded front ramped bead sight. Tubular magazine that will hold 21 short, 17 long and 15 LR capacity. Lever action is smooth and crisp. Half cock safety. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 85% bluing. See photos. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with minimal handling marks. Includes a new soft sleeve. Manufactured from 1972 to 1977 . This one was manufactured in 1972. Manufactured in Germany. Scarce hard to find in this condition.
