Description:
1911A1 Barrel by High Standard. This barrel is in excellent, near new condition with a mint bore. Blued finish is about 99%. Clear, sharp HS on right side of lug plus P proof on other side. The only wear on the barrel is on the very front edge of the forward barrel ring. (See pic.#6) Probably from someone working the action by hand. Barrel used on Remington and Ithaca 1911A1 pistols during WW11. Rifling is sharp and clear with no discoloration, frosting, pitting, etc. Bright and shiny. Includes link and pin.
