Winchester Model 70 SN#248118. Built in 1953. Up for sale is a very clean Winchester Model 70 FWT. chambered for the newly released .308 Win. cartridge. This rifle carries the 22" barrel with adjustable rear sight and blade front sight. The stock is high comb with excellent color and all original Winchester varnish. The checkering is clean and sharp. The barrel bore is clean and the rifling is sharp. This rifle has been in a local collection for almost 50 years and has not been fired during that time. All parts work as new and bolt and receiver numbers match. Freight and insurance 45.00
