Description:
PRICE IMPROVEMENT: Zeiss Diavari-ZA 1.5-6x42 T* manfactured in West Germany. Has original Zeiss optic cover. "T" post reticle - crystal clear and extremely sharp. Zeiss is well-regarded for its exceptional clarity, durability, and low-light performance. The scope features Zeiss’s renowned T* multi-coating, which enhances light transmission and provides bright, high-contrast images. Light surface wear where scope mounts were previously fitted. Acquired by me while stationed in Germany -- I have no need. Perfect for low-light hunting conditions, especially on a moving target. Think whitetail at dusk -- this high-quality optic will not fail you.

Features:
  • Magnification: 1.5-6x variable zoom
  • Objective Lens Diameter: 42mm for excellent light gathering
  • T Multi-Coating:* Enhances brightness and reduces glare
  • Reticle: German #4 (three heavy posts with a fine crosshair)
  • Main Tube: 30mm construction for durability
  • Origin: Marked "West Germany," making it a collectible pre-reunification model
  • Serial Number: 388215
Condition: This scope is in good condition with crystal-clear, extremely sharp optics, smooth magnification adjustment, and some wear on the magnification adjustment knob. The lenses are scratch-free, and the body has only minor signs of use from previous mounting. Circle lense has a slight inward dent.
Value & Pricing: The only other model readily available is listed for $1500. Given its condition and historical significance, I am asking $800 or best offer.
Additional Information: This scope is perfect for hunters and collectors alike, offering both historical value and top-tier performance in the field.
