Turbo 22LR prone target rifle. Turbo action, Jewel trigger, 24" Lilja barrel, McMillan prone stock, three-way adjustable butt plate assembly and thumb wheel cheek piece. Built by Alex Sitman who also did the bedding. This rifle has won the NC 100-yard prone state championship match several times called the Blackhawk by the previous owner.
