Winchester M1 Garand receiver is dated 1942 and has a Winchester Bolt. . It is set up as a National Match and is 7.62x51mm(308) Much cheaper to shoot than it's 30-06 counterpart. Very good condition as can be seen in pictures. Has the National Match Rear hooded aperture sight and National Match Front sight. Both marked NM. Front hand guard has the 2 screws, only NM rifles have these and the Wedges fiberglassed inside stock for tightness which makes this a dead on shooter. Barrel is National Match and is excellent. See picture. Comes with USGISling and 4 enbloc clips shown, and butt stock cleaning kit w/oiler. Fits in trap door in butt plate. I am 81 and a US Army Veteran MOS was Armorer(gunsmith) and you can be assured it is as described. Selling my collection, see my other listings on this site. Shipping is $80 FedEx.
