Description:
NSN, .40 Caliber, 3" barrel with a fair, lightly pitted bore. This is a small pistol that has an overall gray patina mottled with scattered patches of plum-brown freckling, heaviest along the barrel. The frame has simple scrollwork engraving and the gun is devoid of identifying markings save foe some British proofs along the underside ahead of the trigger guard. The checkered, bag-shaped grip has minor handling marks and flattening to the points, while the action is fully functional. This is a nice percussion pistol, and is in good plus condition overall.
