About Us: First of all, thank you for your interest in my listing. I am an FFL Dealer in Connecticut, as well as a collector. The business name, Warthog Arms, is derived from my Air Force service as an avionic tech on A-10 Thunderbolts (also known as the Warthog). I always strive to go the extra mile to ensure a very satisfying transaction and have an established, trustworthy reputation. Description:
For your consideration is a Mauser C96 “Broomhandle” semi-automatic pistol. It is chambered for 30 Mauser (7.63x25mm) with a 10-round capacity and a 5.5” barrel. Serial number 300139 indicates this pistol was manufactured circa 1915, making it an early Wartime Commercial model.
All numbers match, with a full serial number or last few digits on bolt, bolt stop, hammer, subframe and back of frame. Disassembly shows matching numbers including both grips, floor plate, disconnector, and bolt locking block. Proof marks are correct and legible. It has an original lanyard ring and rear sight. Included are 2 stripper clips (ammo not included).
Condition - This pistol has its original G+ to VG finish with the exception that the muzzle end of barrel appears to have been touched up and a taller front sight installed. There is edge and holster wear in contact areas under barrel, side projections of barrel extension, and forward projection of magazine well. There are some scattered areas of pitting. Both grips have matching numbers and are in VG condition with some wear. They are rock solid with no cracks or chips.
Mechanics - The bore is VG, fairly bright, with well-defined rifling and minor pitting. Mechanically functions excellently as designed. I did not fire this pistol but cycled 10 rounds through it with no issues.

Returns - All firearms have a 3-day, no firing inspection period from the date the item is received at your FFL Dealer or C&R. The firearm cannot leave the FFL premises prior to inspection/acceptance. The date received is the date the item is shown as delivered by the tracking information provided by the shipping entity.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive at the transfer agent in a condition other than advertised in the listing. Returns must be left with the transfer agent.
Firearms returned for other than damage or misrepresentation will have all shipping fees, fees, and a restocking fee of 15% subtracted from the refund. Any damage incurred in transit is the responsibility of the shipping agent (USPS, UPS, etc.). I will assist with any claim, but any damages will be paid by the shipping agent.
