Description:
Serial #43671, .44 Caliber black powder percussion, 7.5 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is an Italian copy of a third Model Colt Dragoon revolver manufactured by Armi San Marco with brass backstrap sold as the "Texas Model". In excellent, unfired condition the very well built revolver retains virtually all 97-99% of the original blue finish on the barrel, and cylinder with some areas of light freckling and surface scratches and handling marks. The frame, loading lever and hammer show vibrant case-hardened colors and the brass frame is a very pleasing aged brass. The walnut grips rate excellent with very light handling marks.
