Description:
This exceptional J. Stevens Tip-up Rifle is in .25-20 Single Shot caliber. This is NOT the .25-20 WCF caliber. Three cartridges are in one of the pictures. IT has an exceptionally figured walnut stock with a nickel plated Swiss Butt Plate. It also has the original Stevens vernier Tangent sight serial numbered to the gun. It has a 24 inch semi-octagon barrel with a very good bore with strong rifling. Guns of this vinage in such fine condition are hard to come by.
