Description:
"SN: DBP1205423 made circa 1960’s in Germany. Bolt action rifle with a 24" barrel chambered in 270 Winchester with a ramped front sight and adjustable rear sight mounted on a dovetailed quarter rib style base. The 2nd barrel is 24" chambered in 30-06 with a ramped front sight with a hood and the same quarter rib base without the rear sight. Telescoping bolt action with a sliding bolt carriage that houses the push button safety on the back of the bolt with the release button on the right side of the action to remove the bolt and carriage. Excellent bores on both barrels and all the metal finish is near excellent with very little wear or handling marks. Stock has some crackling in the finish which is common of German guns from this era similar to the old Weatherby’s but it is only in the finish, there are no cracks in the wood itself. Comes with case and extra barrel.
