This is a very nice Colt Detective Special, DA/SA revolver chambered in .38 special. The barrel is 2 inches long with a perfect bore. The finish is original, with tipical signs of use. The original metal finish is about 98%. Bore 98%. The factory checkered wood grips with inlaid Colt medallions appear to be original, about 98%. The timing and lock up are perfect. This revolver was made in 1971 according to the Colt . This revolver will make great addition to any collection!
