C.Sharps 50-70 sharps single shot rifle with 24 inch #3 heavy half octagon barrel. Rifle was ordered in 2023 directly from C. Sharps in Big Timber, Montana and received in early 2024. It has C. Sharps short range factory vernier rear sight and a C. Sharps front globe sight with spirit level, double set triggers, extra fancy furniture, shot gun buttstok with steel plate, and a pistol grip high comb target. Also included is a C Sharps buckhorn barrel sight, but no front blade sight.
It comes with a Malcolm 6X scope mounted on DZ unertl mounts. 7.2 inch mount spacing.
Fired 34 rounds. Includes 37 50-70 brass cases. Also includes an extra main spring, lever spring and firing pin and spring.
Comes with original C. Sharps factory purchase order and papers that shows all specs and prices.
In January 2024, I paid CSharps $5935 for the rifle. That did not include the Hi Lux scope and HiLux mounts which were $385 or the DZ unertl mounts which were $525. The DZ mounts are far superior to the HiLux mounts. My total investment in this rifle is $6845.
I'm getting too old and have health issues to kkeep shooting. The rifle is in pristine condition and there won't be be a years wait. Also includes some 50-70 loading dies, a custom leather and lead cheek pad ( recoil reducer for bench shooting) Hi Lux scope mounts, Accurate 50-450C bullet casting mould and other miscellaneous items.
