Description:
A one of a kind 22 long rifle prototype model 45 built by Sedgeley himself before his death in 1938. This unique rifle can be operated as a semi auto or as a bolt action. The 22" barrel has a mint bore. The rifle is in as new condition retaining 100% of the original blue and wood finish. A very unique design that is a masterwork of gunsmithing and machining. This is the only one known to exist and is a testament to Sedgeley's talent. A great little rifle that never got into production after Sedgeleys passing. A true piece of American Gunmaking history.
