Description:
General Specs: Beretta, 2014, 20 Gauge, 6lbs. 1oz., Screw in Chokes, LOP 14 13/16", DAH 2 5/16", DAC 1 1/2"
Serial Number:  N60572S

The Beretta 686 is a well-known action that has been used by Beretta in their field guns and clay target guns for decades.  It is a very attractive action as it is shallow, and a very strong design that is up for the rigors of competitive clay target games and high-volume shooting.  and it is THE CHOICE for those hunting quail, woodcock, grouse, doves, and other game birds, especially over pointing dogs.  This Silver Pigeon 1 serial number N60572S was built in 2014 and is in high original condition with 99% factory bluing on the barrel, the body features Beretta’s bright corrosion resistant Nitride finish on the receiver, fences, tangs, and trigger guard, all enhanced with clear and crisp engraving. Mechanically the Silver Pigeon locks up when two conical bolts in the face of the receiver move forward upon closing to enter and engage two matching machined cutouts in the monobloc for a tight and secure lock-up. The action has a single trigger and a selective automatic safety. The barrel has a mirror bore, screw in chokes and strong and well-timed ejectors, the lever sits way right of center, everything locks up tight.  Ideal for all your shooting needs this Pigeon has chokes in C/Sk/Sk/IC/M/IM/F constrictions which should cover you for most scenarios hunting grouse, pheasant, and quail and more, it will do an admirable job on the clay courses too. Weighing just 6lbs. 1oz. this Silver Pigeon is lighter than most and has a generous length of pull at 14 13/16", the forend finishes in an elegant Schnabel, and the checkering is in perfect condition. The gun comes with its original blue plastic case and manual. Overall, an outstanding package and priced to sell. Thanks for looking!
