The scope is slightly used in very good condition. Leupold has a life time warranty no matter who owns the scope. Front focal plane M-TMR illumination reticle. The last time I talked to a Leupold Representative he told me this is no longer availible to the general public, law enforce and military only, that was a couple of years ago and things might of change since than. When I purchased back in 2018 it was available to the general public. It has 34mm main tube.From close quarters to long-range engagements, the Mark 8® CQBSS® 1.1-8x24mm incorporates everything military, law enforcement, and professional shooters need into one extremely versatile riflescope. The illuminated first focal plane reticles provide accurate range estimation throughout the entire zoom range, while its eight brightness settings ensure optimal visibility of the reticle in all lighting conditions. This scope is a Mil based system, adjustments are marked in 0.1 milliradian increments. In short it is considered a M-RAD system. Leupold still has this scope with all of the fine details. Comes with Leupold Mark 6 scope mount. Has magnetic flip up scope covers, sun visor, battery and instructions.
