Description:
This sale features a 1926 era 16 gauge LeFever Nitro Special. This gun is equipped with 28” barrels chambered for 2 ¾” shells. The bores are clean and bright. The choke designations, “0” & “2”, indicate cylinder and modified. The finish on the receiver and barrels have faded to a warm patina. Being primarily a field gun, the stock and forend never were highly finished and they remain in very good condition. The center lever is well to the right of center. Overall, for a 99 year old gun, it is very good plus condition.
