Description:
Pre 64 Model 70 standard rifle in the classic 270 Win caliber. built in 1952,this rifle is in excellent all original condition. It retains 95% of the original blue finish and 98% of the original wood finish and has a mint bore. These early 1950s model 70s were factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting. Other features iclude a straight comb stock,solid bolt handle,flip up rear sight,and hooded fromt sight. The bolt is correctly numbered to the receiver. The stock retains the original factory steel buttplate. This is a classic pre 64 model 70 in the caliber made famous by Jack O'Connor. Price includes shipping to your FFL. C&R eligible.
