Sharps Saddle Ring Carbine Conversion to 50-70. Bore Excellent, Mech Exc , Original wood VG stock near excellent, Has an original 22” Rd barrel with original sights, rear sight is missing the elevator but I have found one and it will be included. The receiver has the serial#85173 Springfield research range match going to Co B 10th Ill Volunteer Cavalry back when it was a percussion carbine. The Lockplate has Sharps and Lawrence patent date markings. Has an original sharps buttplate. Metal has an aged grey patina finish with no pitting.
