Winchester Model 1873 Saddle Ring Carbine 44-40 cal Bore VG, Mech VG, Wood VG, Has an original 20 Rd barrel with original front sight and insert type rear sight and excellent address and caliber markings. The receiver has the Model 1873 on the top tang and the dust cover is missing but has the spring. The lower tang has the serial#347641 Mfg’d 1889. Metal overall has an aged grey patina finish with some areas of fine pitting. The brass carrier has 44 cal marking. Has the original buttplate with the compartment.
