"Serial No. 1072842, made in 1943, .45ACP, 5" round barrel. Bore is good with frosting noted in the grooves; rifling remains strong. Pistol has been refinished with light scratches noted on the slide and frame. Grips are in excellent condition and are marked “10/K within a five-pointed star" Action is smooth and functions correctly. Second rarest Government contract 1911 to have.
