An Early & Scarce Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1849 Wells Fargo Revolver In Nice Untouched Condition. Serial #122,181, all matching numbers. Made in 1856, all original and complete. The Scarce Colt Revolver has has nice metal, & fine markings. All edges are crisp. It has a clear cylinder scene on it. All of the metal on the revolver has a natural, & even darkening patina throughout it. The frame and hammer still show darkening case colors on them. The backstrap & trigger guard are very nice and retain lots of their original factory silver on them. All screws are nice and untouched. The original grips are very good plus with a nice grain to them. There is a small chip on the left front corner of the grip. The revolver has a very good action and bore. This Is A Very Untouched & All Original Example Of An Early & Scarce Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1849 Wells Fargo Revolver!
