Nice, clean 30-06 Model 70 in unaltered condition.
S/N 363847 with matching scribed bolt made in 1956.
The lustrous original blue rates 98% over most, with exception of floorplate showing more ring/carry wear.
The wood is also nice with a few scattered marks and a bit of stabilized flaking near the buttplate transition.
The inspected internals are like new and the bore and mechanical functions are flawless.
All correct components for a low comb 70 including proper sights, hood, swivels, etc.
Should make someone a very nice collectible shooter!
