Synopsis: Anciens Etablissements Pieper, AEP, Vest Pocket Pistol, .25 ACP Description: Late Production AEP vest pocket pistol made in Belgium for export. The left side of the slide is marked with the manufacturers name and location. The right side of the slide marked “MADE IN BELGIUM” as typical for pistols earmarked for export. Full SN on right side of slide and frame. Matching assembly number “10” on right side of slide, under barrel, and on left side of trigger guard. Usual scattering of Belgian proofs. Fitted with buffalo horn logo grips, the left grip screw a replacement, and an unmarked modern replacement magazine with five indicator holes. Condition: VG original finish with carry wear in usual locations. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Manual function is correct though replacement magazine is too long to lock into place when slide is closed – will need to be adjusted.
