Cool little Stevens (not Enders as listed) .410 bore side x side. At some point in this little gun's life, someone added metal sights and sling mounts. I'm also pretty sure the barrels have been cut-off (see photos) as they measure 24" in length (choke gauge shows Cyl.). Can't find any distingusihing marks of this guns but I think its Stevens. The stock as also been lengthened approx 1-1/2" to give it a 14-3/4" LOP.
