Payment Types Accepted: USPS Money Order or Certified Cashier Check Description: PRICE $2,195 + $80 Shipping. The rifle is in really nice condition & appears to be fired very little. It features a heavy 30" (1/2 octagon 1/2 round) Badger barrel, Browning rear soule sight & spirit level front sight. The Badger barrel has 8-groove right hand twist rifling with a 1:18 twist rate. The rear soule sight comes with one eyecup. I recommend getting a Hadley-style selectable aperture eyecup. A rubber butt-pad has been professionally installed. The length of pull is 14.5”. Front sight inserts that fit a Lyman 17A will fit the Browning & are available from Lee Shaver & other suppliers. If you like a dark stock, this is the rifle for you. The rifle will be shipped with a copy of the rifle owner’s manual. The rifle was completely disassembled & checked out. The action was not dirty & shows no signs of wear. The chamber & bore are perfect. There are no dings or scratches on the metal & only a couple of tiny dings on the stock, too small to show up in the photos. The bluing on the barrel is perfect although it appears in the photos to have been worn off, especially on the edges of the octagon flats, which is due to light reflection. Miroku only manufactured the BPC rifles for Browning from 1996 thru 1998. This rifle was manufactured in 1997. On a very accurate postage scale, the rifle weighs 11lbs 5.4 oz with the sights & an eyecup installed. I measure the trigger pull at 4lbs which is the typical pull-weight from the factory. For an additional $60, a Lee Shaver sear can be installed; reducing the trigger pull to slightly less than 2lbs. NOTE - I SELL TO CALIFORNIA BUYERS FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. ALSO NOTE - A layaway option is available for an additional $50.00. Layaway requires 1/3 down immediately, 1/3 in 30 days & the balance in 60 days.
