Description:
"SN: 16598 built in London in 1902 for the Earl of Portsmouth, 12 bore side by side with 30" Whitworth steel barrels, 2 ½" chambers and fixed chokes measuring .011/.025 (IC/IM). Island lock round action hammer gun with double triggers and ejectors which is a rare and unique feature on these guns not often seen. 14 ½" LOP to a red Pachmayr Old English pad with a drop of 1 ½" to 2 1/8", cast off with a total weight of 6lbs 8.5oz. Bores are excellent and barrels have been re-blacked at some point as expected. Action and lock plates are finely engraved in traditional rose and scroll with some original case color visible near the hammers. Straight stock and splinter forearm with a gold oval in the stock. Overall in very good condition with light wear and some handling marks on the furniture. Comes with H&H Negrini case.
