Offered for sale - Colts PT.F.A. MF - Detective Special - 6 shot double action revolver - chambered in .38 Special with a 2 inch barrel. Introduced in 1927,[the Detective Special was the first short-barreled revolver produced with a swing-out frame. Overall condition of the firearm is good. The firearm has some wear and handling marks on the frame and cylinder. The cylinder timing is correct with no play in the cylinder. The barrel rifling is very good with no rust or pitting in the barrel. .38 Special
