Ithaca Model 49R - Lever Action - Western Saddlegun .22 Rifle - Western style stock checkered grip and smooth forend with butt plate. 22 In. long barrel adj. open rear sight and a front bead sight. Tubular magazine will hold 20 Short , 17 Long and 15 LR ammo. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining 90% bluing. Lever action is smooth and positive. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with minimal handling marks . Includes a new soft sleeve. Overall condition is exceptional for it's age. Manufactured from 1968 to 1971. Scarce and rare to find in this condition. Nice addition to any collection.
