Description:
This is an interesting little snub. It's a 1977 Colt Python with the highly desirable 2.5" barrel. The gun has all kinds of wear to the bluing and was more than likely holstered for some time. The cool part is the mechanics are pretty dang solid. There is no cylinder play and rest and the gun has a dead tight bank vault lockup. Action is VERY smooth in double action. Bore looks to still have some sharp rifling. The cylinder latch will sometimes hang up on you like the nylon button on the backside is getting worn. You can still open just fine but sometimes it will slightly hang up on your. Grips have no cracks or spilts but do show heavy wear. This would make one killer daily carry piece. No box or anything else.
