Sako Forester. SN# 38134. Up for sale is a very clean and solid pre-72 Sako Forester chambered for the flat shooting .243 Winchester cartridge. This fine rifle is all original in both the excellent colored stock finish and the deep rich high polished metal blued finish. I hunted deer with this rifle for a couple years and found it to be both very accurate and a pleasure to carry. The rifle has been well cared for during the last 35 years of being unfired and will make someone a great addition to their firearms collection. Length of pull is 13 5/8" to the Sako buttplate. The Bofors steel barrel is 23" to the bolt face and carries a blade front sight with hood. Freight and insurance 50.00
