Barrel top rib marked " STEPEN GRANT & SONS 67 TH ST JAMESSTREET LONDON" Inlaid Gold #1 at forend tip, toplever and rear of top rib. mounted with outstnding highly figured walnut with checkered butt and wrist. 14 1/2" LOP 1 3/8" DAC 2" DAH Cast off 10 mm 6 lbs 9 oz Rt Bb .027 Lbt .024. Condition, Documented from maker as set of 2 Mfd 1908. Condition, Extremely fine as earlier refreahed and mechancially excellent. Housed in Oak & Leather trunk case with matching #2 of set, Gun Number is 2 is identical with almost exact barrel thickness and of course is marked #2.
