"SN: 3522407. Made in January 1945 with a 24-inch barrel chambered for the .30-06 cartridge. This rifle is equipped with a February 1967 dated Springfield barrel that has an excellent bore with sharp visible rifling. The USGI wood furniture is in excellent condition & all three pieces are matching in color & condition, but they have been varnished. Rifle is equipped with a National Match front sight, the ""lock-bar"" rear sight assembly, a poppet valve gas cylinder lock screw & a reproduction M1907 leather sling.
