This Listing from a shooter and collector is a Lightly Used; Circa 1981; Serial # 93K71XX; Smith & Wesson Model 48-4; 3-Screw Sideplate; .22 Magnum Rimfire; Factory 8-3/8-Inch Barrel Revolver with S&W Factory Magna-Style Grips; Target Hammer; Serrated Trigger; Frame-Mounted (fixed) Trigger Stop; Pinned Barrel; Recessed Cylinders; Windage & Elevation Click-Adjustable Factory Target Rear Sight; Serrated Topstrap and Barrel Rib; Ramped Partridge Front Sight; and Frame-Mounted Rimfire Firing Pin. The barrel is marked “SMITH & WESSON” on the Left Side; “22 M.R.F. CTG.” on the Right Side. The revolver has been fired; the bluing shows a light cylinder ring; and the frame shows a line from the cylinder-lock pin; but we do not notice other wear, although a few fingerprints sneaked into the photos. The Barrel is Bright as are the Cylinders and the Bore is Perfect. Not being dealers or experts, we estimate this revolver at approximately 95 Percent (or 95+ Percent) Modern Condition.
