US SPRINGFIELD ASSEMBLED NM M1 GARAND SEMI AUTO. Rifle assembled on early production receiver with National Match parts. Bbl.24". Barrel marked on right side "SA 7791035 4 63 Y22 P M" and 'eagle' Defense Acceptance mark. Barrel marked "NM" at left front. Throat and muzzle gauge 1.0. Rear sight with "NM" adjustable aperture. "NM marked base and windage knob. Blade front sight marked ".062 NM". Operating rod marked "RA" and "NM" on top. Bolt ,trigger housing,milled triggerguard and hammer are "SA". Walnut stock set. Marked on left side with boxed "S.A. / E McF" and "crossed cannons". Encircled "P" proof under grip. Stock has bedding compound under both sides of floorplate. No other match conditioning, including tightening of handguards is present. CONDITION: Stock set shows professional refinish leaving legible markings. There is a significant loss of wood around buttplate. Metal retains most of its arsenal rework Parkerization. Rear of receiver has a sandblasted appearance leaving faint markings. .30-06 Springfield
