Sharps .54 cal Black Powder Slant Breech Carbine. This is a nice replica of the venerable Sharps carbine that fires a .54 cal paper cartridge. This rifle is fitted with a 26" barrel with a shiny bore and features very nice metalwork and wood furniture. Very good condition overall and shows very little wear, except for some marks on the barrel. The wood is all solid. The receiver is stamped with C. Sharps patents and the action operates very smoothly. Serial number 23148
