Self-opening side lock ejector made in the height of production in the 1920s. 28” barrels choked ¼ and ¾ choke. Automatic safety, 2 ½” chamber, double trigger, automatic ejector, perfect screws, perfect gorgeous miniature rose and scroll engraving, perfect barrel lettering, gold oval, checkered butt, straight grip, splinter forend, perfect drop points. Retains 100% case color, barrel blue, and wood finish. Originally #2 of a pair. This gun comes from the UK and has been 100% refurbished to like-new condition. Represents the best workmanship from the best era of construction. Gun is tight and is in a leather case with Purdey label and accessories. Beautiful wood and checkering. Warrantied for life to the original owner courtesy of Connecticut Shotgun.
