I'm selling my collection. Here is an Antique Parker Bros. Lifter Action side by side Hammer Damascus. 10 GA Shotgun. FFL is not required for transfer. It's chambered 10GA nitro-black powder. Manufactured by Parker Brothers one of the oldest & reputable gunmaker according to the serial number "18034" made in 1880. On the rib is marked: " Parher Bros." to the right is engraved an inscription that says: "Made for John N. Muntz". In good shape & working condition, strong and tight action, 30" Damascus with good clean bores moderatly pitted with a lot of shine, both choke are "Imp". Anson & Deeley forearm, spring loaded strikers, shield. inlay. Small dent on the left barrel. LOP 14.1/4", drop at heel: 2.5/8, weight 9 pounds & 9 ounces, the chokes were patterned RH 195 pellets & LH 195 pellets of size 8 shot in a 24" circle at 45 yards. Original Damascus finish rates 65- 70% turning brown patina, wood was professionally re-checkered wood with the original metal butt plate. What is not written on the description would be on the pictures. I haven't shot it. It was well kept and preserved. Very collectible & good example these famous Damascus Parker Bros shotgun. The old brass shells showed on one the picture are not for sale.
