Very nice condition Colt Single Action Bisley in 32-20. The gun retains a high percentage of its original blueing and case color and retains some of the fire blueing on the trigger and screws. The bore is in excellant condition.
The serial #s match on all parts. The action works great on all four clicks as it should and is very tight, I don't believe this gun was used much.
The grips fit the gun very well and are in similar condition to the gun but I do not see any serial #s on the inside of the grips. A previous owner has scratched their initials HBT on the inside of both grips, clearly HBT was proud of his gun.
A Colt Letter will accompany the gun confirming it's in the original configuration as it left the factory. It was part of a shipment of three guns to Wyeth Hardware and Mfg. Company of St Joseph, MO on April 2,1912.
Colt Bisleys are not difficult to find but they are usually not found in this condition. This gun would make a nice addition to any Colt collection.
