This is a 1979-made revolver that retains virtually all of the original blue finish, with only a mild turn-ring on the cylinder attesting to any use. The checkered Colt medallion grips are likewise in excellent shape with no noticeable handling marks nor flattening to the points. The lock-up is tight and the action functions flawlessly. The revolver is housed in the original woodgrain "UAW" marked box, with torn end label and matching serial number (except for the last digit which is missing.) Tape repairs are present along the end flap fold. The original styrofoam clamshell and manual are also included. This is an absolutely splendid Python, in practically unused condition, and would make a wonderful addition to any collection. FFL; SOLD |
