I'm selling my collection. Here is a Remington Model 8 Semi-Auto Takedown Semi-Auto Rifle, C&R or FFL is required. It's chambered It’s chambered for reamless 30 Remington caliber ( same ballistic of the 30-30 Winchester). According to the serial number: "28356" and the markings it was manufactured or shipping date in May 1912. Rarely found in such good condition, 22" barrel, the bore is very good and shiny with deep sharp rifling a tiny dent on shroud with smal scratches. The original blue finish rates 85% turning lightly patina with very small discolored spots. Serial numbers all matched. Sharp and well defined approval markings. The walnut wood of the stock slightly belly perch with its typical solid crescent buttplate, the metal & wood have small scratches from time and storrage rack. This 113 years old rifle was well kept. It could come for an extra $100 with a RCBS set of reloading dies and the 36 cases that I ever shot and not reloased for the past 25 years. The successful design of John Browning Remington Model 8. I described it to the best of my knowledge. What you don't read in the description might be seen on the pictures. Please don't ask for extra pictures.
