Description:
Exceedingly scarce for the early Star model M, MD, or P pistols, the large framed gun with an arched and slotted palm swell. This example marked with assembly #308. Detailed in the reference text Star Firearms by Leonardo M. Antaris.
Condition:
VG+ original condition with scattered, noticeable rub marks and handling dings. Original finish hinge and iron in keeping with the overall condition of the stock. Iron likely a period replacement based on the gap between the arms of lug and wood.
