The holster shows reworking with the obverse marking L.Mg. 192. having been crossed out and replaced with “3319” that has been applied to the second matching magazine that has also been marked with a large “2” on the left side of the base. The forward belt loop is a period replacement. There are several areas of torn/missing stitching including over the strap hold down loop and across the top of the lid. No takedown tool.

Attractive brown Police Luger holster, dated 1929, made by R. Larsen/Berlin with matching Haenel Schmeisser stainless steel magazine.
Condition:
VG-Excellent leather with fading and scuffs as expected from use and consistent with the reworking. Excellent matching Haenel magazine. Unusual to find a numbered holster with a matching magazine. A HISTORIC INVESTMENT!
