Description:
22 inch barrel chambered for 22 Rem Autoloading caliber shows near all original finish. Bore is very good, bright and fairly shiny showing minor surface imperfections with otherwise decent rifling. Original front and rear sights along with a Marbles folding aperture sight on the tang. Receiver has clean smooth surfaces showing near all original finish. Walnut stocks are excellent as lightly restored having a repaired crack at toeline ahead of the Remington UMC marked steel buttplate. Condition is near very fine overall showing almost no wear and only very light handling marks. Only 17,738 manufactured from 1914-28. Something you just don't see everyday.
