Description:
Serial #A270983, 9mm Para., 4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1976-made pistol that retains 99% plus of the original blue finish with only some hints of silvering on the frame rails and edges of the rear sight. The rear sight itself is a S&W fully adjustable rear sight variant (S&W part #190090000), adjustable for elevation as well as windage, and was a drop-in replacement for the original windage-only rear sight assembly. The checkered wood S&W medallion grips are likewise in excellent, little-used shape, with no handling marks, nor any flattening of the points on either panel. The pistol is housed in the original, matching numbered blue two-piece Bangor Punta box with instruction sheet, warranty card, three original magazines, original wax paper wrap, and a cleaning rod with two bore brushes. This is a fantastic alloy frame Model 39, and is in excellent condition overall. FFL;
