Not only is beauty in near new condtion but it is one of the most rare of all model / cal configurations out of the millions made.
Dates to June 1969 and was one of only 644 made in that lst yr the rifle was chambered in this interesting and capable (good for game up to Moose and Elk) cal. The gun is really not far from new iwht NO non original holes or modifications .
Factory 24" barrel, ribbon checkered (correct for this yr...it is the 2d gen style). Barrel still has front site hood and reaer site still in place (it does not appear a scope was ever mounted) and it actually appears as if it might be unfired. We think the sling is orginal to the gun
For Remington collectors this is one of the hardest to find , especiall in this as or near new condtion.
