Description:
Silver engraved Astra Cub 2002 semi automatic pistol. Made in 1957. Left side of the frame is marked "Unceta y Compania S.A." followed the Triad of Eibar proofs reflecting proofing in 1957 (C*1), with "ASTRA" on the left tang. Right frame is marked with the serial number and caliber .22 SHORT with the matching serial number on the right side of the slide and under the barrel. Butt is marked "MADE IN SPAIN". Polished silver finish with factory scroll engraving on the frame and slide. Faux mother of pearl grips. Chrome plated magazine with FIC import marking on floorplate. Complete with original matching shipping box. No instruction booklet or cleaning rod.
Condition:
EXC silver plated finish with expected tarnish in protected areas. Little sign of actual use. Comparable condition grips and magazine. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG/EXC box with staining and minor loses as imaged. A beautiful little silver engraved Cub from 1957 in its original box!
