Winchester Model 1873 Musket with Bayonet . Serial number 579355. 44-40 caliber . Looks like Military Unit Markings on Rear Stock ! Metal has turned a pleasant Blue Brown Patina with tones of blue finish. Some light pitting up by the muzzle with handling marks ., Comes with original sights . Markings are strong . Original walnut stocks are in very good condition with a old repair on the rear stock . Original bayonet has turned a blue brown patina as the musket . Bore and mechanics are in excellent condition.,gun is in excellent working condition. Overall a Very Nice Example of a Winchester Model 1873 Musket with some Military History!
