Offered for your consideration is a very scarce box of Winchester .44 Long Central Fire Cartridges. This is an early to mid 1880's vintage box of cartridges that had a very limited production run and is rarely encountered, especially in this condition and with all of the original contents! Box shows some normal age wear and has a few well-done repairs. Cartridges are original and in VG condition overall with normal oxidation to the lead, and the brass in excellent shape! There is one cartridge missing from the box, otherwise it's complete and will display very nicely! Don't miss this opportunity to add a seldom seen antique Winchester cartridge box to your collection! The cartridges included in this listing are more than 150 years old - they are for display only and should not be used in any weapon!!
